Job summary

CRC Group is hiring a Director, HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to senior leaders and to lead a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists. The role works with the Head of Employee Experience to shape HR strategy and ensure execution of talent initiatives across the organization.

The position requires 10+ years of progressive HR experience and 3+ years of people leadership, with preference for candidates familiar with Workday and HR Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; 10+ years HR experience preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience, preferably leading HR Business Partners or HR Generalists.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession, engagement, and performance management.
• Lead and develop a team of HR Business Partners and HR Generalists with clear priorities and standards.
• Shape HR strategy in collaboration with Centers of Excellence and align with Head of Employee Experience objectives.
• Partner with leaders to design organization changes, talent initiatives, and DEI and rewards programs.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters, investigations, and policy compliance.
