Job summary

Tundra Technical Solutions is seeking an HRBP/Workforce Relations professional to support key client engagements and manage contingent workforce employee relations. You will serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and client stakeholders, guiding compliance, escalations, and workforce processes.

The ideal candidate brings strong HR advisory capabilities, labor law knowledge, and experience supporting a contingent or project-based workforce in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP or Employee Relations roles.
• Experience supporting contingent workforce populations in staffing or project environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and ER best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner to engagement teams supporting contingent workforce populations.
• Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance concerns, conduct issues, and workplace escalations.
• Advise leaders on performance management, corrective actions, and terminations in line with labor laws.
• Evaluate workforce processes and document standardized procedures for contingent lifecycle events.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance to streamline workflows.
