Tundra is seeking a strategic and solutions-oriented HRBP, Workforce Relations to support one of our key client engagements. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to our internal engagement teams and client stakeholders, ensuring effective management of contingent workforce employee relations, compliance, and workforce processes.
This position plays a critical role in managing escalations, navigating complex employee relations situations, strengthening workforce processes, and mitigating risk while maintaining a positive experience for our consultants and clients. The ideal candidate brings strong HR advisory capabilities, labor law knowledge, and experience supporting a contingent or project‑based workforce within a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
The salary range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $80,000 - $95,000.
