Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced HR leader to support the continued implementation and advancement of its HR Blueprint initiative, focusing on the HR Business Partner (HRBP) model. The role will provide senior-level advisory, project management, and hands-on implementation support for HR Blueprint, collaborating with executive leadership and central HR.

The successful candidate will lead organizational change, refine HRBP team structures, and drive operational excellence

Qualifications

Master's degree or equivalent experience in HR leadership.
6+ years of progressively responsible HR leadership experience.
Experience leading HR transformation initiatives and HRBP models.
Ability to work effectively with senior executives and campus partners.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the implementation of CU Boulder's HR Blueprint initiative, with an immediate focus on Phase 1 completion and Phase 2 planning.
Review HR Blueprint findings and translate into actionable implementation plans with timelines and measures of success.
Finalize HRBP team structures and strengthen service delivery during organizational change.
Provide hands-on project management, partner engagement, and change management for HRBP implementation.
Support broader university-wide HR transformation initiatives including planning and organizational assessment.
Prepare executive analyses, recommendations, progress reports, and implementation plans.
