Job summary

University of Colorado Boulder is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive the HR Blueprint initiative and advance the HRBP model. The role involves strategic advisory, project management, and hands-on implementation support in collaboration with executive leadership and central HR.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
• 6+ years of progressively responsible job-related management experience in human resources leadership and management.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex organizational initiatives and change efforts.
• Demonstrated project management and leadership of large-scale, transformational enterprise-wide change.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of CU Boulder’s HR Blueprint initiative, focusing on completing Phase 1 and planning Phase 2 of the HRBP model.
• Partner with HR leadership and campus units to finalize HRBP team structures and strengthen service delivery.
• Provide hands-on project management, partner engagement, and change management support for HRBP implementation.
• Support broader HR transformation initiatives including planning, assessment, and implementation of operational improvements.
• Prepare executive analyses, recommendations, progress reports, and implementation plans.
