Job summary

Vitalant is seeking an HR Transformation Analyst to advance enterprise HR initiatives and Belonging Together. You will partner with HR leaders to coordinate governance, develop workforce insights, and support change management.

The role emphasizes analytics, dashboarding with Workday and BI tools, and delivering executive-ready reporting to improve organizational effectiveness. Scottsdale hybrid work arrangement offered.

Qualifications

• MBA or MHA required, PMP within the first year.
• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, workforce analytics, project management, business operations, organizational effectiveness, or a related field.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, transformation efforts, or enterprise projects preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining workforce analytics solutions, including dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, executive-level presentations, and automated reporting processes
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (such as Workday), survey tools, and data visualization technologies, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enterprise HR Transformation initiatives, including project governance, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, action plans, and executive reporting.
• Partner with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to monitor strategic priorities, coordinate governance meetings and business reviews, and drive initiative execution and accountability.
• Support change management, stakeholder communications, and adoption efforts to ensure successful implementation of HR Transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards, KPI scorecards, reports, and executive presentations using Workday and other HR technology platforms.
• Analyze workforce data, trends, employee engagement, retention, turnover, and employee experience to provide actionable insights and support organizational decision-making.
• Establish and maintain workforce metrics, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards that improve data quality, consistency, accessibility, and visibility.
