Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Consulting Business Analyst to connect HR needs with data, technology, and analytics. You will translate business challenges into requirements and support dashboards, data products, and digital tools.

You will partner with HR leaders, drive process improvements, and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives while supporting adoption and training across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, HR systems, HR operations, analytics, process improvement, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, data, and technology solutions.
• Experience gathering requirements and partnering with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Lean Six Sigma, PMP, CBAP, or Agile certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders and stakeholders to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business challenges into requirements, user stories, and solution recommendations.
• Develop business requirements, process maps, acceptance criteria, and documentation for dashboards, data products, workflow automations, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with data, technology, and analytics teams to deliver scalable HR solutions.
• Analyze HR data and processes to support decision-making, operational efficiency, and workforce insights.
• Support product roadmaps, backlog prioritization, user adoption, change management, and training activities.
• Contribute to business cases, ROI analysis, governance activities, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
