Job summary

Circle K in Tampa, FL seeks an HR professional to lead talent and workforce management, coach operations teams, and drive core HR processes. You will analyze turnover and engagement, develop presentations, and partner with legal and HRD to handle investigations and employee relations.

Responsibilities include mentoring store managers and district managers, supporting succession planning, and delivering in-store and classroom training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field preferred.
• Computer literate in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Self-motivated to accomplish all assigned duties in a set timeframe.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills; ability to manage multiple activities with attention to detail.
• May require some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Division specific support around talent and workforce management, execution of core HR processes, coaching, labor relations and other critical HR priorities.
• Analyzes data such as turnover, engagement, hiring, and other metrics to provide training and coaching to Operations.
• Builds and maintains relationships by understanding the strategies and attending Operation meetings; assisting in preparation of presentations; answering questions.
