Responsibilities

• Develop a tactical plan and implement it to meet group goals.
• Develop and maintain an organization capable of operating stores region-wide to meet sales, margin, expense and profit objectives.
• Provide counsel and direction to District Managers and store employees on operational, marketing and employee relations issues.
• Review sales and gross margin plans for stores in region.
• Implement merchandising programs with Category Managers/Marketing.
• Coordinate training programs with Training Department.
• Monitor appearance and condition of assets in region.
