Responsibilities

Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
Manage tasks to keep site clean, stocked, organized and up to standard.
Maintain professional image with staff and supervisor.
Schedule employees to maximize service and site image.
Supervise and train staff on safety procedures and company standards.
Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer issues promptly.
Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
Communicate effectively with all staff and hold regular meetings.
Organize files and ensure reports are completed accurately and on time.
Oversee merchandising, pricing and compliance with employment posters.
