Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year's supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2 years' Walmart Logistics management experience or 2 years' supervisory experience including 1 year's experience managing human resource processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals or groups verbally and in writing to implement the business plan for the area of responsibility.
• Manage daily administrative functions of the HR office including benefits, hiring, transfers, terminations, payroll, and staffing initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies by reviewing and maintaining HR documents and systems.
• Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and monitoring compliance.
• Identify associate/customer/supplier concerns and determine corrective actions or recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, and providing feedback.
• Coordinate training for hourly associates, drivers, and managers and monitor completion and compliance.
