Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Personnel Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience developing and facilitating training programs (2–4 years).
• Knowledge of training needs assessment and program planning.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and conducts onboarding, customer service, ethics, and other required trainings.
• Consults with management to determine training needs and priorities.
• Assists in planning new courses or revising existing ones.
