Job summary

Hilton Orlando is seeking an HR Manager to lead training and development within the hotel's Human Resources team. You will design, facilitate, and track programs that boost performance, compliance, leadership, and guest service excellence, while coaching leaders on Hilton's Guest Recovery models and service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of three years of HR, Training, Learning & Development, or hospitality leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, performance management, and training principles.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning management systems (LMS).
• Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel's Training & Development strategy and annual learning plan.
• Facilitate New Team Member Orientation, leadership development, compliance, and departmental programs.
• Partner with department leaders to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Drive hotel-wide service excellence initiatives focused on guest satisfaction and brand loyalty.
• Coach leaders and team members on Hilton's Guest Recovery models and service recovery best practices.
• Design and deliver engaging learning experiences supporting leadership development.
• Conduct training audits and monitor completion of certifications and compliance programs.
• Track training metrics and analyze results to improve learning effectiveness.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company, legal, and brand requirements.
• Assist with employee relations, investigations, coaching, and policy interpretation.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, retention initiatives, and performance management.
• Coach leaders on career development and succession planning.
• Promote an inclusive workplace aligned with Hilton's values and culture.
