Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Technology, HRIS, HR Operations or related roles.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering tech solutions in Agile.
• Experience configuring HR platforms with end-to-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive HR technology experience strategy across journeys.
• Lead discovery, requirements, and solution design for HR tech initiatives.
• Deliver scalable HR solutions using Workday, HRSD, and mobile platforms.
• Develop roadmaps, business cases, and adoption metrics.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, HR stakeholders, and vendors.
