Qualifikationen

7+ years HR experience with core HR functions.
3+ years leading HR teams.
PHR or SPHR Certification required.
Experience with HRIS (ADP) is a strong plus.
Experience supporting an Information Technology company preferred.

Aufgaben

Provide strategic and tactical planning on HR topics and input to the business.
Manage compensation, performance and talent management programs with market data.
Consult management on employee issues and coach for strategic decision making.
Oversee employee lifecycle from recruitment to offboarding and ensure compliance.
Lead Employee Committee and drive HR initiatives aligned with corporate goals.
