Job summary

Argentum Medical is seeking a Senior HRBP to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders across multiple locations. You will drive organizational effectiveness, support leadership development, navigate employee relations, and lead strategic HR initiatives that enable growth.

This hands-on role requires collaboration, relationship-building, and the ability to implement scalable people solutions that evolve with the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive HR Generalist experience.
• Experience supporting multiple locations and compliance with laws.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and payroll administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR administration and policy guidance for employees and managers.
• Administer and improve HR programs, processes, and systems.
• Manage leaves including FMLA/ADA and accommodations with compliance.
• Oversee I-9 compliance and audits.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure positive experiences.
• Collaborate with payroll providers (ADP) for accurate processing.
• Administer benefits programs and open enrollment.
• Partner with leaders to translate business priorities into people strategies.
• Drive cross-functional HR initiatives and projects with measurable results.
• Provide coaching on leadership, engagement, and organizational design.
• Analyze HR metrics to support business decisions.
