Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Sr. HRBP to partner with leadership and scale North American People practices. You will shape culture, people systems, onboarding, benefits, immigration, and global mobility.

The role centers on advisory, talent development, and employee experience across the US and Canada, reporting to the Head of People. You’ll work with Chapter Leads, the Resource Manager, and global People partners to implement scalable programs, improve processes, and support rapid growth in a

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive People or HR experience, ideally in high-growth tech, consulting, or professional services.
• Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, manager advisory, and leadership development.
• Experience building or improving People programs, systems, and processes.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across the United States and Canada.
• Comfort using People data to identify trends and guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People advisor to employees and managers across US and Canada.
• Lead employee relations matters including investigations and performance concerns.
• Coach managers through feedback and difficult conversations with empathy and sound judgment.
• Oversee onboarding from preboarding to first 90 days and improve the experience.
• Lead benefits administration and immigration/global mobility processes across NA.
