Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Sr. HRBP to build the People foundation as we grow in the US and Canada. You will partner with leadership to shape culture, talent strategy, onboarding, and employee experience across North America.

You’ll own employee relations, manager advisory, talent development, benefits, onboarding, and global mobility programs. You will influence leadership, translate strategy into scalable processes, and partner with global People teams to drive impact.

Qualifications

• Eight to ten years of progressive People or HR experience, ideally in high-growth tech or consulting.
• Strong experience across talent acquisition, employee relations, manager advisory, and development.
• Proven track record building or scaling People programs, systems, and processes.
• Experience supporting employees and leaders across the United States and Canada.
• Working knowledge of compensation benchmarking, benefits, and immigration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary People advisor to employees and managers across the US and Canada.
• Lead employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and policy guidance.
• Design and deliver manager coaching, leadership, and development initiatives.
• Oversee onboarding standards and North American employee experience programs.
• Manage benefits administration, immigration processes, and global mobility support.
• Use People data to identify trends and guide decisions.
