Xentral is seeking a dedicated People & Operations partner to be the initial point of contact for leads on all people topics, spanning performance, development, labor law, and leadership. You will own performance management and feedback cycles, including PIPs, promotions, and offboarding, and drive P&O projects end-to-end.

You will also support Talent Acquisition with operational tasks like A1 certificates and references.
