Job summary

Xtep is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead all HR functions—from talent acquisition and employee relations to compliance, benefits, and performance management. You will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business goals and foster an inclusive, high‑performing culture.

In this hands‑on role, you will oversee HR programs, policies, and processes, manage compensation and leaves, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance to managers and employees

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years as HR Generalist, preferably in footwear/apparel.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience managing benefits, leaves (ADA, FMLA, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee full HR functions including talent, relations, compliance, benefits.
• Align HR strategy with senior management goals.
• Lead recruitment, interviews, onboarding.
• Manage employee relations and disciplinary actions.
• Develop performance management systems and reporting.
• Ensure labor law compliance at all levels.
