Job summary

QXO seeks a Senior Manager, Human Resources to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, shaping people strategies that drive performance and growth. You will lead employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, and change initiatives while mentoring HR professionals and aligning programs with business objectives.

You will collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver scalable solutions, manage risk, and advance organizational effectiveness across multiple business areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
• 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• 3+ years of HR leadership or people-management experience preferred.
• Significant HR Business Partner or HR Generalist leadership experience.
• Experience with talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and workforce planning.
• Strong HRIS and people-analytics experience.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or other advanced HR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior HR advisor to business and functional leaders and translate business strategies into actionable workforce plans.
• Lead talent-management and succession-planning activities across assigned business areas.
• Oversee workforce planning, talent acquisition, and organizational design initiatives.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and leadership development programs.
• Ensure HR programs are implemented effectively and aligned with compliance and governance requirements.
• Lead HR projects, change-management initiatives, and data-driven workforce analytics.
