Xentral is hiring an HR Business Partner to connect people and business, acting as the first contact for people topics from performance to employment law. Join a scale-up with a lean HR team, contribute strategically and operationally, and help shape People & Organization initiatives across Europe and beyond.

You will balance strategic HR partner work with hands-on projects, reporting, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition, while driving improvements in processes and employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years HR experience, ideally as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, scale-up/B2B/e-commerce environment
• Working knowledge of German employment law
• Experience leading onboarding concepts or feedback tools

Aufgaben

• Sparring partner for senior leaders to shape and develop teams
• Own performance management cycles, PIPs, promotions, offboarding
• First point of contact for employment law questions with solution-oriented approaches
• Drive strategic HR projects and regular HR reports with concrete recommendations
• Explore modern People topics like agile HR and employee experience
