• Coordinate onboarding and ensure completion of onboarding documents (I-9, W-4, G-4).
• Conduct background checks and coordinate drug screenings; use E-Verify.
• Oversee new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
• Maintain digital employee files (documentation, benefits, attendance).
• Track training compliance and certifications.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to ensure staffing.
• Process HR-related invoices in SAP.
• Initiate 90-day performance evaluations and manage hybrid/flex schedules.
