Job summary

HD Construction Equipment Develon North America is seeking an HR Specialist/Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement at our Suwanee, GA, office and on-site at our Norcross, GA location. The role includes coordinating background checks, E-Verify, and SAP invoicing, with a strong emphasis on onboarding and policy education.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement.
• Familiarity with background checks and E-Verify.
• Proficient in HR documentation and SAP handling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives with budget approvals.
• Coordinate recruitment plans aligned with projections.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to meet hiring needs in a timely manner.
• Develop comprehensive onboarding plans and educate new hires on HR policies.
• Ensure completion of onboarding documents (I-9, W-4, G-4).
• Track and monitor employee training compliance and certifications.
• Partner with external vendors and internal teams to ensure staffing needs.
• Process HR-related invoices in SAP.
• Maintain and initiate job description updates as needed.
• Manage HR announcements related to recruiting and recognition.
• Initiate 90-day performance evaluations and track hybrid/flex schedules.
