Job summary

Tx:Team in Indianapolis, IN seeks a Human Resources Supervisor for its Home Office. You will support executive leadership and employees by handling recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation, and compliance. This is a high-energy, leadership role with broad HR scope across the organization.

You'll oversee day-to-day HR functions, drive initiatives, and partner with senior leaders to build a strong workplace culture, while guiding an HR Assistant and leading projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent HR experience.
• Minimum of 3 years functioning independently in HR.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact and supervise the HR Assistant.
• Plan and coordinate employment, compensation, labor, and employee relations.
• Develop HR metrics and report department performance.
• Support leadership on policies, onboarding, leave, and benefits.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and oversee HR systems.
