Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Human Resource Specialist to manage the full HR lifecycle for the Children First Residential Care Program, including onboarding, offboarding, records, and staffing. Responsibilities include recruiting, interviewing, background checks, employee relations, policy development, training, investigations, and keeping accurate HR reports.

You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, support management decisions, and maintain

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum two (2) years of HR experience; federal government contracts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SharePoint and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of HR, onboarding, offboarding, and records.
• Recruit, screen resumes, conduct interviews, review background checks.
• Develop HR policies, ensure compliance, and communicate updates to staff.
• Handle employee inquiries, grievances, investigations, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate training programs and staff development.
