Job summary

Child Development is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to oversee recruitment, onboarding, onboarding and offboarding activities, and HRIS data maintenance. The role requires coordinating interviews, processing pre-employment steps, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of HR recruitment/generalist experience, a certificate in HR management (or 30 college units toward degree), and strong bilingual skills.

Qualifications

• Certificate in human resource management or 30 college units toward degree.
• Minimum of three years’ HR recruitment/generalist experience with extensive client/public interaction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of the employee recruitment process.
• Screen applications and notify screening results.
• Coordinate interviews and orient interview panels.
• Administer pre-employment processes and HRIS data entry.
• Maintain employee records and generate reports.
• Assist with HR-related audits and compliance.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities.
