Job summary

Dynamic Service Solutions is seeking a Human Resource Specialist in Houston, TX to manage the full spectrum of HR activities in our Children First Residential Care Program. You will handle records, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance to support staff and program operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum two years of HR experience in a professional setting.
• Experience with Federal Government Contracts is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle of HR practices including records, onboarding, offboarding, promotions, and staff changes.
• Oversee recruitment, interviewing, background checks, and new-hire orientations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and E‑Verify processes; administer employee relations and investigations.
• Design and implement training and staff development plans; support recognition programs.
