Job summary

ADP is seeking a Sales Representative in Human Resources Outsourcing (HRO) to close sales within a defined territory and participate in our award-winning training program. You will work with both new and existing clients to sell HR solutions, making employees' lives better with high-quality benefits offerings across the hire-to-retire spectrum.

You will cultivate relationships with HR and executive decision-makers, set appointments, and manage multiple deals through the sales process.

Qualifications

Three years of business-to-business sales experience (preferably field sales) within a results-driven environment.
Military experience — We recognize and appreciate the unique talents and experiences Veterans bring to the table.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.

Responsibilities

Grow Our Business By closing sales within a defined, protected territory and achieving sales goals.
Turn Prospects into Loyal Clients by recommending the right solutions to address business needs.
Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family by cross-selling with other ADP associates within existing accounts.
