Role Overview

The Senior Manager, HR Shared Services is responsible for leading the delivery of centralized HR operations that support employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle. This role oversees key HR operations functions including employee lifecycle administration (onboarding through offboarding), HRIS data integrity, HR compliance, and process optimization.

Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing HR Shared Services team. Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave administration, and employment verifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years leading an HR Operations, HR Shared Services, or HR team
• Experience building or managing centralized HR service delivery functions
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and U.S. employment laws, including FMLA, ADA, and related regulations
• Experience working with HRIS platforms and leveraging technology to improve efficiency and service delivery
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• Experience in a global manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Experience with HR service management platforms (such as ServiceNow HR Service Delivery or Salesforce) preferred
• Experience supporting HR technology implementations, process automation, or M&A integration preferred
