Job summary

Wencor Group LLC is seeking a Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services to lead a team delivering centralized HR services across the organization. You will oversee compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management to enable business units to execute HR initiatives effectively.

You will drive policies and world-class processes, supervise a team, and collaborate with HR partners while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 5+ years related experience
• Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR data reporting

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized HR services including compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management.
• Lead and mentor the corporate shared services team; manage staffing, coaching and performance reviews.
• Ensure accurate data, policies, and procedures; drive process improvements and efficiency.
