Socket.dev is seeking a Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services to lead a team delivering centralized HR services and to oversee compensation, payroll, and compliance initiatives. The role enables HR Business Partners by providing world-class processes, policies and procedures across the organization.
The candidate will manage the HCM system, data reporting, and transitions of newly acquired entities, while driving performance improvements and team development.
The Manager, HR Corporate Shared Services, leads a team of representatives who deliver centralized HR services within a shared services environment. The position is responsible for overseeing the execution of critical HR processes related to compensation, payroll, organizational development, compliance and performance management. The role enables HR Business Partners at the facility level to successfully execute HR initiatives by delivering world-class processes, policies and procedures.
Bachelors Degree in related field and 5 or more years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
