The candidate will manage the HCM system, data reporting, and transitions of newly acquired entities, while driving performance improvements and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 5+ years HR/shared services experience.
• Experience managing payroll and benefits administration.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of HR laws and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping processes.
• Lead centralized HR services and ensure process improvements.
