Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR contact for a portfolio of clients
• Build relationships and deliver tailored HR solutions
• Proactively identify issues and provide strategic guidance on employee relations, compliance, and benefits
• Oversee onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant HR service delivery
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Mentor, coach, and develop HR team members
• Set goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth
• Ensure service levels are met—and exceeded
• Stay ahead of employment laws and conduct audits and implement best practices
• Lead projects to drive efficiency and scalability
• Align HR strategies with broader business goals
• Deliver training sessions for clients and internal teams
• Support onboarding/offboarding of clients
• Occasional travel to client sites
