Job summary

FloresHR, LLC is seeking an Accounting Manager, Client Services to lead a team focused on client accounting operations, reconciliations, and reporting. The role bridges Accounting, Treasury, and Client Services to support growth, acquisitions, and system transformations.

The ideal candidate will manage up to five professionals, oversee account reconciliations and cash activities, and collaborate across functions to improve processes and controls in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience leading or mentoring accounting staff.
• Experience in public accounting and/or high-growth environments preferred.
• Strong understanding of reconciliations, close, reporting, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of up to five accounting and operations professionals.
• Oversee client accounting operations and reconciliations.
• Lead reconciliation and reporting for significant client assets.
• Partner with Controller and Senior Accounting Manager to maintain records and controls.
• Collaborate with Treasury, Funding, Client Services, and Account Management teams.
• Support acquisitions and integrations and platform migration initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and workflow optimization.
• Participate in client-facing conversations and internal meetings.
• Promote scalability, automation, and service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with policies, audit requirements and external reporting.
