Job summary

FLORES is seeking an HR Payroll Associate I to support payroll processing and HR administration for multiple clients in a professional office setting. This role emphasizes accurate data handling, compliance with wage and hour regulations, and delivering excellent client service.

You will work with HR software, handle inquiries, and contribute to audits and reports while collaborating with the HR team to maintain service standards and drive professional growth.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or a related field required.
• Working toward CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification or equivalent. HR certification a plus.
• 1-3 years of payroll processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing: Accurately process payrolls for multiple clients, ensuring compliance with wage and hour laws.
• Client Support: Address payroll-related inquiries from clients and assist with employee file maintenance.
• Compliance & Auditing: Ensure payrolls comply with federal and state payroll regulations; assist in audits and tax reconciliations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with Onboarding, GL Mapping and HR administration to ensure smooth procedures.
• Training & Development: Build knowledge of the HR & Payroll department for ongoing learning.
