FLORES is seeking an HR Generalist in California to provide comprehensive HR services with a focus on compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. You will support workers' compensation, LOA, and 401k administration while collaborating with HR leadership on projects to optimize client outcomes.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 3-5 years of HR experience, including workers' comp and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration or related field required.
• 3-5 years HR experience including workers' compensation, LOA, benefits and 401k administration.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support focusing on compliance, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Manage workers' compensation claims administration and coordinate with carriers and legal teams.
• Oversee LOA management and ensure timely paperwork and communications with employees and managers.
• Administer 401k plans, enrollments, changes and withdrawals with ERISA compliance.
• Advise clients on HR best practices and maintain positive employee relations.
• Conduct HR process audits for compliance with federal, state and local laws.
