FLORES is seeking an experienced HR Generalist in California to deliver comprehensive HR services, focusing on compliance, employee relations, and benefits administration. The role involves workers' compensation, LOA management, and 401k administration within a collaborative client-facing environment.

You will support HR Managers with reporting, training, and projects, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws while maintaining high standards of service to multiple client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or business administration is required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day HR support including compliance, employee relations and benefits administration.
• Manage workers' compensation claims, coordinating with carriers and legal teams.
• Oversee LOA processing with FMLA/ADA compliance and paperwork.
• Administer 401k plans, enrollments, changes, and audits.
• Advise on HR best practices to maintain engagement.
• Audit HR records for federal, state and local compliance.
• Deliver HR compliance training to clients and internal teams.
