• 1+ year of workers' compensation or liability claims handling.
• 3+ years in HR as manager, generalist, or business partner.
• Strong communication with all organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to assess HR, safety, and risk needs.
• Collaborate with Operations to meet HR and safety goals.
• Lead employee relations investigations and resolutions.
• Develop talent plans and deliver training to reduce injuries and losses.
• Manage workers' comp, GL, and property claims processes.
• Prepare Cal/OSHA 300 reports and coordinate inspections.
• Maintain confidential records and communicate policies.
