Job summary

Corporate Office - Lodi seeks a People & Risk Business Partner to blend strategic HR leadership with hands-on management of workers' compensation, general liability, property risk, and safety programs. You will advise leadership on employee relations, talent, and workforce strategy while owning investigations and claims processes across the territory.

You will travel up to 50% to conduct risk assessments at stores, support HR initiatives, develop learning plans, and ensure compliance with safety

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience handling workers' compensation or general liability claims.
• 3+ years in an HR leadership or business partner role.
• Spanish fluency preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with company and store leadership to identify HR, safety, and risk needs and provide solutions.
• Support Operations in implementing HR, safety, and risk goals from upper management.
• Develop strategic talent plans and deliver trainings to reduce injuries, security issues, and property losses.
• Conduct investigations and coordinate with stores to resolve incidents and claims.
