Job description

Under the direction of senior management, this position will interact with all levels of the company and respond to all HR needs across the organization. This includes the entire life cycle of an employee from recruiting, onboarding, payroll interface, benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Additionally, you will be creating policies, programs, and procedures that look to the future. This position will be responsible for approximately 120-140 employees non-union work force. This position is not remote/work from home.

RESPONSIBILITES:

• Recruitment across all levels of positions including Field staff and office positions.
• Ensure accurate benefit enrollments and terminations in compliance with applicable outside contracts.
• Interact with outside agencies as needed.
• Create new and engaging performance management programs with senior staff.
• In conjunction with senior staff, develop an overall recruitment strategy and implement it across multiple projects in three states.
• Develop and maintain intern program.
• Successfully source and hire field and office staff and manage new hire paperwork.
• Create disciplinary processes and documentation. Work with legal department on all employee relations issues that may result in legal action against the company.
• Ultimately responsible for driving overall HR strategy

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field of study.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, as well as computer savvy and email expertise.
