DATCU Credit Union is seeking an HR Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes onsite in Corinth, TX with some hybrid flexibility. The role also supports HR programs, compliance, and employee communications.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of recruiting experience, familiarity with HR regulations, and experience with HRIS and Paycom. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 2–3 years of professional recruiting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and Paycom is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, onboarding.
• Conduct background checks and employee verification.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and HR policy guidance.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare HR reports and support audits as needed.
• Assist employees, managers, and applicants with HR questions.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Stay current on HR best practices and employment laws.
