King County - Department of Local Services is seeking a detail oriented Human Resource Analyst focused on full-cycle recruitment. You will recruit using inclusive strategies, manage candidate relationships, and collaborate with hiring managers to meet diverse hiring goals.

The role emphasizes equity, fairness in selection, and training managers in equitable practices while leveraging NEOGOV, PeopleSoft, SharePoint, and MS Office to optimize processes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience designing inclusive hiring strategies.
• Ability to train managers in equitable selection practices.
• Strong communication, judgment and discretion.

Responsabilités

• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for a range of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and hiring needs.
• Source applicants using internal/external networks, job boards, and direct sourcing.
• Build diverse candidate pools to advance Equity and Social Justice goals.
• Develop competency and merit-based selection materials (exams, interview questions, rating criteria).
• Set priorities and manage workload to meet results efficiently.
• Update HR systems (data, reports) and resolve system issues.
• Build relationships with supervisors and candidates to provide excellent service.
• Other duties as assigned.
