King County Housing Authority (KCHA) is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support agency-wide hiring. You will partner with hiring managers to craft clear postings, manage requisitions, and guide candidates through the recruitment process with a people-first approach.

You will contribute to an inclusive workforce, handle multiple recruitments, and ensure compliance, reporting, and a positive candidate experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required; experience in recruitment or staffing preferred.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS systems and data management.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally, and to design recruitment materials.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and support multiple concurrent recruitments in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop requisitions, job descriptions, and postings.
• Develop announcements, screen applications, and support all recruitment steps.
• Serve as subject matter expert for ATS; train users and generate reports.
• Promote diversity, equity and inclusion through outreach and partnerships.
• Provide guidance on recruitment best practices and compliance.
• Maintain recruitment records and track outcomes.
• Coordinate temporary and agency staffing with supervisors and unions.
