Job summary

Sunward is seeking an HR Programs Partner to administer the performance management cycle, own leave administration, and manage employee movements across Sunward. Working under the Director of Talent & Performance Management, you will exercise independent judgment on leave designations, policy interpretation, and raise considerations for high-risk cases.

You’ll partner with managers to connect individual people decisions to Sunward’s broader goals, supporting succession planning, leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
• PHR, SHRM-CP, or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer the performance cycle within the approved framework and timeline.
• Coach managers on writing clear, specific feedback and translating priorities into measurable outcomes.
• Review submitted appraisals for completeness and quality; escalate concerns as needed.
• Own the leave process end to end: FMLA, disability, personal and military leaves and communicate timelines.
• Direct payroll on leave-related pay and accrual treatment.
• Advise managers on timing, sequencing, and communication of promotions, transfers, and title changes.
