Job summary

Sunward is seeking an HR Programs Partner to administer the performance management cycle and own leave administration and employee movement. Qualifications

• Two to four years of progressive HR experience in performance management administration or leave administration.
• Experience with HRIS (Paylocity preferred).
• Practical use of AI tools for drafting, summarizing, or organizing information while protecting confidential data.

Responsibilities

• Administer the performance cycle within the approved framework and timeline.
• Serve as the first point of contact to managers during the cycle and resolve questions on process and appraisal quality.
• Coach managers on clear, defensible feedback and translating priorities into measurable deliverables.
• Support succession planning and leadership development by preparing leaders and documenting outcomes.
• Own the leave process end to end: FMLA, disability, personal leaves, and accommodation decisions.
• Lead employee movement and job changes, including promotions, transfers, and separations.
