Westwood Holdings Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to leaders on employee-related matters including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Employee Relations.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR practices and policy interpretation to support a high-performing organization. You will partner with leaders in end-to-end Hire to Retire processes, lead internships and contractor programs, and help drive learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
• 7-10 years of HR Business Partner experience.
• Financial Services experience in asset/wealth management preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership, counsel and support to managers on employee relations and policy interpretation.
• Partner on end-to-end Hire to Retire processes including recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientations.
• Develop and facilitate Learning & Development initiatives and HR programs.
• Analyze HR metrics to support programs and strategy, using data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and guidelines.
