Job summary

Providence is calling for a Senior HR Program Manager - Strategic Solutions to lead large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of project management, from discovery through implementation and value delivery.

They will provide program leadership, strategic decision-making support to sponsors and teams, ensuring scalable, user-centric solutions that realize business outcomes and drive change in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6 years of professional experience with HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation background.
• Experience with independent decision making, complex facilitation, agile project management, change management, mentoring, developing and delivering training.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams through the full lifecycle of project management from discovery to implementation and business value delivery.
• Provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision-making support to initiative sponsors and teams to ensure scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Support the realization of business outcomes and drive change across Providence Human Resources.
