Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in HR, program or project management, project strategy and implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with independent decision making.
• Experience with complex facilitation.
• Experience with agile project management.
• Experience with change management.
• Experience mentoring.
• Experience developing and delivering training.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration or related field (preferred).
• PMP or ACP Certification upon hire (preferred).
• PHR, SHRM-CP, SPHR or SHRM-SCP Certification upon hire (preferred).
• Experience in a large, geographically dispersed, multi-state organization (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex workforce initiatives through the full project management lifecycle, from discovery through implementation and business value delivery
• Lead virtual teams
• Provide program leadership, thought partnership, analysis, and strategic decision‑making support to initiative sponsors and teams
• Ensure sustainable, scalable, user‑centric solutions are developed and implemented
• Support realization of business outcomes and drive change
