You will partner with sponsors and teams, applying agile methods, change management, and mentoring to deliver training and scalable HR programs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR, program or project management with strategy and execution experience.
• Experience in independent decision making, facilitation, agile PM, change mgmt, mentoring and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex workforce initiatives and virtual teams end-to-end.
• Provide program leadership, analysis, and strategic decision support to sponsors.
